(Free Coaching Tool) How to Use a Self Love Coaching Tool & Help Clients Feel Confident of Achieving Goals

I’ve specially created a free self love coaching tool for you to use with clients who have low self esteem. Help them boost their confidence to achieve their goals!

When I was working as a full-time counsellor, I noticed that self love, self esteem and self care are problem spots for my counsellees and even colleagues.

If you are a life coach, I’m sure you have met clients who have low self esteem. They tend to have the ‘I can’t do this, I can’t do that’ mindset.

Anyway, that is why I have created a 4-page PDF coaching tool targeting your clients with low self esteem.

Coaching_tool.jpg

This coaching tool helps your clients face their ‘weaknesses’ squarely. And list down how these ‘weaknesses’ can actually…be helpful in special situations.

This self love coaching tool seems simple. But it takes courage for someone to be aware and consciously list down their ‘weaknesses’.

With this coaching tool, they will realise that their ‘weaknesses’ do not destroy them. But they add character and even a sense of fun to their personality.

After that, you may want to go one step further and recommend 30 self love actions to grow their self-worth and be kinder to themselves.

Awareness is the first step towards healing!

So, what do you get with this ready-to-use coaching tool?

  • a pretty ‘Embrace your Weaknesses’ cover page

  • 2-pages of instructions to teach you how to use this coaching tool

  • the self love worksheet for your client to use

You can email your client the cover page + self love worksheet.

You can keep and use the 2-page instructions to coach your client ‘live’.

After using this coaching tool, your client will view their weaknesses more neutrally. This will boost their self-esteem and confidence.

After that, you can work on doing powerful goal-setting with them. There is no pressure for them to change their weaknesses, by the way.

If they truly want to change their ‘weaknesses’, you can work with them on that using this 31-day self love journal or this self love guide.

If you like this coaching tool, you will find my ‘Overcome Your Fear’ worksheet helpful for your clients too!

If you want to feel confident in front of your clients, you can download my 47 Coaching Questions so that you will never feel stuck during coaching sessions again.

(Free Test) Do you have mild, moderate or severe low self-esteem? Find out now.

I’ve found a reliable and easy self-esteem test to help you find out your self-esteem levels. Is your self-esteem lower than you thought?

If we have low self-esteem, we can usually feel it in ourselves. We just know.

You might realise that you

  • Don’t speak up when you want to

  • Are often holding yourself back from going after what you want

  • Let people (even your loved ones) berate or talk to you in a way you don’t like

  • Can’t say ‘No’ because you are afraid of hurting another person

But what is the degree of your low self-esteem?

If you have mild low self-esteem, that’s great - you have lesser issues to work with.

If we have moderate or severe low self-esteem, we will want to tweak our mindset and decisions we make daily.

The first step to changing ourselves is always self-awareness.

I’ve done my research and found a self-esteem test which is reliable AND easy to complete.

Sorensen_Self-Esteem_Test.png

You will find out at the end of the quiz whether you

  • a) have fairly good self-esteem (good for you!)

  • b) mild low self-esteem

  • c) moderate low self-esteem

  • d) severe low self-esteem

Click here to do this convenient Sorensen Self-Esteem Test which only needs you to check boxes.

(No number scaling, no deep analytical thinking needed - which is a bonus in my books)

It will tally your results automatically at the bottom.

And voila! You will be more aware of your own self-esteem levels.

I hope this is helpful for you.

(Free Printable) Set Healthy Boundaries Today

Setting clear boundaries is a form of self-respect.

We respect others’ feelings too much at times. It’s time to honour our own feelings. And realise that we are worthy of getting others’ to respect our preferences.

What inspired me to create this Set Healthy Boundaries Today printable?

Set healthy boundaries pinterest4.jpg

Background story

I will share one incident where an acquaintance wanted to meet me for dinner.

I was agreeable to it, at first.

However, she set her rules: “I can meet only tomorrow at 8pm and I will only be free for 30 minutes. We are going to meet at ABC Mall and eat at XYZ restaurant.”

I was appalled! Isn’t this a friendly catch-up dinner?

I was not in the mood to go out the following day. Neither do I like eating at XYZ restaurant.

And no way am I going to gobble up food and chat for 30 minutes and run off.

So I texted back a ‘No’ and a diplomatic sentence. ;)

It felt good, actually.

When someone headbutts our boundaries, we may feel angry at first. Having the guts to refuse someone takes a lot of confidence.

I don’t deny that I feel guilty and terrible saying ‘No’ sometimes. (Hello, self esteem!)

However, if the thought of meeting someone fills us with dread or exhaustion, it’s best to shelve the meetup for another day.

My logic is: My friend deserves to chat with a better-mood version of myself. And I need to attend to my exhaustion too.

I hope my Set Healthy Boundaries Today printable will help you pinpoint your boundaries, name the people who push them and outline what you can do about it.
